FAQ

• I cannot upload the receipt images

  • There is a file size limit. 5m each and 30m total.
  • Please try again if you keep failing upload image. Otherwise please reduce the file size.

• If it is deny status, what is next step

  • Deny is not actually denied. Please check the deny comments at activity history
  • You could miss the date/name on your receipt or wrong item number etc
  • Click the [Appeal again] button.
  • Edit your application form
  • Click the [SAVE] button.
  • * Click the [SUBMIT] button. Once you submit it, the approval processing will be started again.

• When do I pick up the check

  • Your application status is completed or there is a check number on the list.
